Rachael Twumasi-Corson is an experienced leader in strategic product development, branding, marketing, recruitment, retention, and sustainability. Currently serving as Vice Chair and Non-Executive Director at British Mensa, and as a Board Trustee at Stage One New Producers, Rachael is instrumental in modernizing organizations and fostering inclusive ecosystems within the theatre. Rachael holds a director position at Mensa International Ltd. and is the Founding Director of Purposeful Path Training, Consulting & Speaking, where fractional director and consulting services are provided to small and non-profit enterprises. Previous roles include Managing Director (Fractional) at LIHA Beauty and Founder & CEO of Afrocenchix, the latter achieving significant growth and securing over $1 million in investments. Rachael has also contributed to the Black Writer's Guild C.I.C. as a Non-Executive Director and has a diverse early career across various sectors in multiple countries. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Medical Anthropology from UCL and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Birmingham.
