Prof Hazel McLaughlin

Prof Hazel McLaughlin serves as a Visiting Professor at both King's College London and Kingston Business School, alongside their role as Chief Executive of MorphSmart Limited. With extensive experience within the British Psychological Society, including past presidency and leadership in several boards, McLaughlin has significantly contributed to professional practice and occupational psychology. Formerly a Managing Director at HFI and the founder of People Transform Limited, McLaughlin has a strong focus on organisational effectiveness and talent management. Educational qualifications include a Doctorate in Psychology from Kingston University and an MSc in Ergonomics from UCL, among other esteemed credentials.
