Max H.

Max H. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data management and research within the non-profit sector. Currently serving as the Data & Performance Manager for Philanthropy & Partnerships at the British Red Cross since November 2019, Max has also held the roles of Senior Prospect Research Officer and Prospect Researcher in the same organization. Prior to this, Max worked as a Research Assistant at Education and Employers, focusing on career-related learning and employer engagement. Max's earlier experience includes a Fundraising & Events Intern position at REDR UK, and roles as a waiter and bartender at The Queens Arms and Levy Restaurants. Max holds a BSc in Politics and International Relations from the University of Bristol, obtained between 2014 and 2017.
