Rachel Dulai

Rachel Dulai has over 20 years of extensive experience in the events management sector, currently serving as the Special Projects Lead at British Rowing since October 2016. In this role, Rachel has spearheaded the national event review leading to the establishment of new Junior and Senior Club Championships and developed the organization's environmental sustainability strategy set to launch in March 2024. Prior to this, Rachel had a successful freelance career as an Event Director, contributing to high-profile sporting events such as the Winter Olympics, Tour de France, and the award-winning Royal Parks Foundation Half Marathon. Rachel's earlier positions include Special Projects Director at Limelight Sports, Project Manager at innovision during the Tour de France, and Project Manager at Imagination, where significant projects included large-scale Asian roadshows and major international conferences. Rachel holds a Degree in Music from Oxford University, Exeter College.
