Sarah Cooper has extensive experience in human resources, with a notable tenure at British Solar Renewables since October 2017, where roles have included HR Manager, HR Officer, and various administrative positions. Prior to this, Sarah held positions at Michael Page and Randstad, focusing on business support and team coordination. An early career at Clarins Group as a Skin Care Specialist contributed to a strong foundation in customer service and support. Sarah holds a CIPD Foundation Diploma in HR Practice from Avado, completed in 2020, and has a high school education from Coombe Girls School and Nonsuch High School for Girls, achieving 3 A Levels.
