Pamela Resser is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience across various sectors, including franchises, financial services, and digital marketing. As the Franchise Owner of British Swim School - Bay Area since May 2018, Pamela has been responsible for managing a successful educational business. Prior experience includes serving as Principal and Marketing Consultant at LightYear Marketing Consultants since 2005, where work has been undertaken for high-profile companies such as PayPal, Visa, and Charles Schwab & Co. Previous roles include marketing consulting at Intuit, Visa, and Wells Fargo, as well as holding the position of VP of Brand Marketing for Men's Wearhouse, where Pamela led strategic initiatives for the formalwear division. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of Illinois Chicago. Additionally, training in improv at Second City has contributed to Pamela's creative approach to marketing strategies.
