Jayne Antrobus

Jayne Antrobus has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries and roles. Jayne is currently working as the Group Head of Talent at Marks and Spencer since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Independent Consultant, specializing in Global Talent, Leadership, and Organization Capability building. Jayne also served as the Group Head of Talent & Learning at BRITVIC PLC from January 2019 onwards. Their previous experience includes working as the Chief Talent Officer at QBE Insurance, the Group Learning & Development Director at SABMiller, and various positions at BAE Systems, Thames Water - RWE, American Water, and Nationwide Building Society. In these roles, they have demonstrated expertise in talent management, leadership development, organizational development, and human resources.

Jayne Antrobus earned a Master's degree in Organisational Communication from The Ohio State University, which they attended from 1984 to 1986. Jayne later pursued another Master's Degree in Human Resource Planning at the University of Westminster, studying there from 1990 to 1992. Prior to their Master's degrees, Jayne Antrobus obtained a BSc in Organisational Communication from Ohio University, completing their undergraduate studies from 1980 to 1984.
