Selina Waters has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Selina started their career in 2006 as a Merchandising Specialist at ExxonMobil. Selina then moved to Danone, where they worked as a Category Manager and later as a Shopper Marketing Manager. In 2011, Selina joined Mondelēz International as a Shopping and Snacking Insight Manager and later became a Customer Category Development Manager. In 2015, they joined Lily's Kitchen Proper Food for Pets as a Customer Activation and Insights Manager and was later promoted to Senior Customer Activation and Insights Manager. Currently, Selina is working at BRITVIC PLC as the Head of Shopper Strategy & Insight for GB, after holding positions as the Head of Category Strategy and Category Strategy Manager within the same company.
Selina Waters attended the University of Surrey from 2004 to 2008 and obtained a degree in Business Management BSc (Hons) with a focus on Marketing.
