Maja Morgus

Maja Morgus is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Brivo since May 2023, Maja previously held significant roles including Senior Technical Recruiter at Meta and Senior Recruiter at Capital One, managing full life cycle recruiting for corporate finance positions. Earlier experience includes a tenure at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, where Maja advanced through multiple roles from Staffing Consultant to Senior Managing Consultant, leading recruitment teams and emphasizing talent selection and client relations. Maja holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Development and Human Resources & Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota and has international experience in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution from the School for International Training in Serbia.
