Bill Brown

Bill Brown is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in real estate development and redevelopment. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President and Chief Redevelopment Officer at Brixmor Property Group since July 2017, Bill has held several prominent positions including Senior Development Advisor at Regency Centers and Executive Vice President of Development at Equity One, Inc. Prior roles include Vice President of Development for the Western Region at Kimco Realty Corporation and Director of Development at Schnitzer West. Bill's career also includes significant contributions as Vice President of Development at Myers Development Company and Director of Business Development at Halvorson Construction. Bill began the professional journey in construction as Vice President of Construction at Horizon Group Inc. Educationally, Bill earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Southern California, completing studies from 1979 to 1985.
