Mark Mirandola has a diverse work experience in the property management and real estate industry. Mark started their career as a Retail Development Intern at Ace Hardware in 2015. Mark then worked as a Design/Build Student Competition participant at ASC Region 3, where they served as the architect for the project. In 2016, Mark joined Hilton Worldwide as a Property Operations Management Trainee. Mark continued to grow within Hilton, holding positions such as Assistant Director of Property Operations at Hilton Anaheim and Assistant Director of Property Operations at Palmer House Hilton. In 2019, they became the Assistant Director of Property Operations at The Drake Hotel, Hilton Worldwide. Mark transitioned to Baird & Warner in 2020, working as a Realtor and successfully renovating a 2,200 sq. ft. house. Currently, they are an Operations Manager at Brixmor Property Group, starting in August 2022. Throughout their career, Mark has demonstrated strong leadership skills and has been responsible for various aspects of facility management, budgeting, maintenance, and renovations.

Mark Mirandola attended Ferris State University from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Architecture and Sustainability. Prior to their time at Ferris State, Mark studied at the College of DuPage from 2009 to 2011, completing coursework in General Studies. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications in Real Estate, including the "Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR)" from the National Association of REALTORS®, which they achieved in March 2021, and the "Real Estate Broker" certification from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation, which they obtained in October 2020.
