Dan Sutherland

Dan Sutherland has a diverse range of work experience in the real estate and finance industry. Dan is currently serving as the Managing Director - Investments at Brixton Capital, a role they began in March 2023. Prior to that, Dan held the position of Senior Vice President, Acquisitions & Dispositions at Brixmor Property Group from May 2017 to December 2022. Dan also served as the Vice President of Capital Transactions at DDR Corp. from July 2013 to April 2017 and as the Director of Acquisitions at Terramar Retail Centers, LLC from May 2010 to June 2013. In addition, Dan has experience working at AMB Property Corporation as a Transactions Associate from January 2008 to May 2009 and as a Valuations Associate from January 2005 to December 2007. Dan began their career at Deloitte as a Senior Auditor from September 2001 to August 2004.

Dan Sutherland attended UC Santa Barbara from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. Dan'sfield of study was Business Economics with an emphasis in Accounting.
