Justin Long

As Vice President of Development, Justin is responsible for all aspects of the development process at Brixton Capital including opportunity identification, project underwriting, entitlements, design, and construction. Justin is heavily involved in the redevelopment of Brixton’s regional shopping center assets as well as other ground-up opportunities within the Brixton portfolio.

Prior to joining Brixton Capital, Justin worked for Macerich (NYSE: MAC) as Assistant Vice President, Development where he oversaw the redevelopment of several regional mall assets throughout the west coast. Before joining Macerich, Justin was with CBL & Associates (CBLAQ), a publicly traded mall REIT based in Chattanooga, TN. In his previous positions, Justin was responsible for envisioning, planning, and analyzing real estate, and leading the redevelopment of regional mall projects throughout the country with total project values approaching $1 billion.

Justin earned a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from Arizona State University. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Urban Land Institute.
