Kelly Walkup has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Starting in 2012, they interned at Surge Business Development as a Marketing Intern. In 2012, they also interned at Golden Nugget Atlantic City, where their role focused on Special Events/Marketing. Moving forward, Kelly joined Spectra in 2013, initially working as a Marketing Assistant. Kelly then progressed to the role of Marketing Coordinator and eventually became a Marketing Manager. In 2016, they joined Live Nation Entertainment as a Marketing Manager, and then transitioned to BCF in 2018, where they served as a Media Manager. Currently, they are employed at BrkThru as a Digital Media Analyst, having transitioned to the position of Senior Digital Analyst in 2022.
Kelly Walkup obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Penn State University, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. They also pursued minors in International Business and Recreation, Park & Tourism Management.
In terms of additional certifications, Kelly Walkup has acquired several. In March 2021, they became Edge Academy Certified in Marketing Foundations from The Trade Desk. They obtained Tableau Desktop I: Fundamentals certification from Tableau Software in May 2020. Moreover, in August 2022, they obtained Google Ads Search certification from Google. In April 2022, they received Google Analytics certification from Google. In September 2021, they obtained certifications in Display & Video 360 and Google Ads Video from Google.
