Laura Bayer Winslow has a diverse work experience in strategic communications, marketing, design, and sales. Prior to this, Laura worked as a freelancer at Baywin Communications, offering graphic design, technical communications, and copywriting services to various clients. Laura also served as a Communication Specialist at the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare, where they created content and design assets for both traditional and digital channels. Additionally, Laura worked as a Marketing Consultant at Intracon, where they focused on graphic design and copywriting, and they managed promotional and marketing materials at Auction Frogs. Laura started their career as a Sales Intern at Wire Stone.

Laura Bayer Winslow began their education at Boise State University in 2013, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Sociology. Laura completed their undergraduate studies in 2017. During their time at Boise State University, they also pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing, which they completed in 2016. Afterward, Laura decided to further their education by attending Washington State University - Edward R. Murrow College of Communication in 2021. There, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Strategic Communication, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
