Mohammad Tanhaemami

Mohammad Tanhaemami is a skilled bioinformatics analyst currently working at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute since December 2019, where contributions include maintaining structural variation detection workflows, automating pipelines for ctDNA quantification, and developing analytical workflows for ATAC-Seq data. In addition to the role of Bioinformatics Analyst II, Mohammad has worked as Bioinformatics Analyst I, providing computational support and collaborating on research efforts. Currently involved as an Associated Researcher at Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard, Mohammad works on pediatric solid tumor assays and contributes to joint projects. Prior experience includes a Graduate Research Assistantship at Colorado State University, where a novel method for single-cell quantification was developed, and teaching assistant roles at various institutions, including mentoring students in chemical engineering and MATLAB. Mohammad holds a Master of Science in Chemical and Biological Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering.
