Neil Ruthen is currently a second-year Ph.D. student at Weill Cornell Graduate School of Medical Sciences since August 2023. Since November 2020, Ruthen has held the position of Associated Researcher at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard and served as an Associate Computational Biologist at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute from October 2020 to March 2024. Prior experiences include tutoring organic chemistry and general chemistry at Oberlin College, working as a Bioinformatics Analyst at Weill Cornell Medicine, and interning at Ulm University Hospital, focusing on MRD monitoring and NGS data analysis related to acute myeloid leukemia. Ruthen received a Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry from Oberlin College in 2020.
