Danielle Leighton

Danielle Leighton is a Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in various healthcare settings, currently serving at Broad Reach Healthcare/Liberty Commons and Broad Reach Hospice & Palliative Care LLC since September 2018. Prior to these roles, Danielle worked at Yarmouth Medical Center LLC, an Experienced Wellness Center, Hampshire GI Associates, and Caring Health Center, accumulating a wealth of experience in patient care. Danielle holds a Master of Science in Nursing specializing in Family Practice from the MGH Institute of Health Professions and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UMass Boston.
