Felix Khalatnikov

Felix Khalatnikov has a diverse work experience in the energy and legal sectors. Felix currently serves as the Managing Counsel - Origination, Trading & Compliance at Broad Reach Power. Prior to this, Felix held the position of Vice President & Associate General Counsel at Cogentrix Energy, LLC, overseeing various legal and regulatory matters related to the energy industry. Felix also worked as a Senior Counsel & Compliance Officer at Uniper and had their own law office, where they worked as a Principal. Additionally, Felix served as Director and Associate General Counsel at CME Group, specializing in derivatives and commodities trading. Felix began their career as a Trial Attorney and Law Clerk at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and later worked as an Assistant General Regulatory Counsel at Public Service Enterprise Group Services Corp. Overall, Felix Khalatnikov has extensive expertise in legal and compliance matters within the energy sector.

Felix Khalatnikov pursued their education at Boston University School of Law from 1997 to 2000. During this period, they earned a J.D degree with a concentration in International Law.
