Darya Belsner

Darya Belsner has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Darya recently joined Broadbean Technology as a Senior Director, Global Operations in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at CareerBuilder for several years, serving as a Director, Customer Operations EMEA and later as the UK Customer Operations Team Manager. Darya also held roles as a Team Manager for the EMEA Implementation team, a Senior Implementation Project Manager for the UK market, and a Team Manager for the EMEA and APAC operations for the Source & Screen division. Prior to their time at CareerBuilder, they worked as a Recruitment Resourcer at STR Global Ltd and as a Recruitment Consultant at Brunel. Darya began their career as an HR Advisor at SSP.

Darya Belsner's education history begins with their completion of a Diploma in Transformational Coaching from Animas Centre for Coaching in 2021. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Bradford, specializing in Business and Human Resources Management. Darya completed this degree in 2011. Before their Master's degree, Darya Belsner earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management (BSc Hons) from the University of Bradford. Their undergraduate studies, focused on Business Management, took place from 2007 to 2010.
