Lisa J.

Lisa J. has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Lisa began their career in 1997 as an Admin Assistant at Glotel, eventually becoming the Database Manager/Administrator/Assistant and overseeing a team of up to 14 DBA staff. Lisa then joined Square One Resources in 2000 as a Systems Trainer & Compliance Officer, responsible for training employees on the in-house database called Colleague. Lisa worked there until 2009 and during that time, they developed a comprehensive induction program for sales consultants and created technical manuals and user guides for the database. From 2009 to 2010, Lisa worked at Health Link as a Training Manager, where they designed and delivered training courses for NHS professionals and managed a volunteering qualification course. In 2010, Lisa joined Kite Consulting Group as a Consultant, specializing in PeopleSoft modules and covering both technical and functional roles worldwide. Lisa'smost recent role is at Broadbean Technology, where they started in 2011 as a Product Trainer and worked their way up to the position of Head of Product Training. In this role, Lisa is responsible for training and supporting clients, conducting onsite and webinar training sessions, and designing and delivering in-house training for Broadbean staff.

Lisa J. has a diverse education history. In 1993, they attended Hackney Community College, where they studied A Level Art, Media Studies, and English until 1995. In 2008, they pursued a Certification in Training Practice at CIPD CTP, which they completed in 2009. More recently, in 2018, Lisa obtained a degree in Certified Online Learning Facilitator (COLF) from The Learning and Performance Institute (LPI). Additionally, Lisa holds various certifications, including a Certified Online Learning Facilitator certification from LPI, a CIPD Certificate in Training Practice (CTP) from CIPD, and a Litmos Dojo Green Belt certification from SAP.
