Kathy Massucci

Kathy Massucci currently serves as the Head of Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance for Symantec Products at Broadcom Inc., a position held since November 2019, where Kathy established a dedicated team overseeing the product portfolio's security certifications and compliance processes. Previously, Kathy led the Information Security portfolio during Broadcom's transformation, successfully rebuilding security protocols and executing SOC2 audits. With extensive experience at Symantec since June 2010, Kathy has held various leadership roles, including Director of Program Management, managing security and compliance audits for product lines worth $450 million, and contributing to the development of security controls and policies. Prior to Symantec, Kathy held managerial positions at PGP Corporation, McAfee, and IntruVert Networks, focusing on documentation and usability for security products. Kathy holds an Advanced Program Management Certification from Stanford University and a BA in Professional Writing and Creative Writing from Carnegie Mellon University.
