Sakthivelu PV has a diverse work experience history. In 2015, they worked as a Trainer at CADD Centre Training Services Pvt Ltd., where they trained students on various CAD software and conducted seminars at colleges in Chennai. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at Sutherland, handling customer issues and providing solutions. In 2018, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at Teleperformance. In 2017, they founded Sakthivel Organic Garden Centre, where they share their gardening knowledge through a YouTube channel, blog, and other platforms. From February to December 2020, they worked as a Recruitment Support Representative at Broadleaf Results, providing clients with staff augmentation services and managing supply chains. They also worked as a Client Operations Specialist at Broadleaf Results from December 2020 onwards, sourcing and qualifying candidates for clients and managing work orders.

Sakthivelu PV completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering from Sri Venkateshwaara College of Technology, from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their 12th grade education in Biology, General from AJS NIDHI HIGHER SECONDARY SCHOOL, from 2008 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Sakthivelu PV has obtained various certifications from LinkedIn in subjects such as Marketing Strategy, SQL, Excel, GPT-4, Strategic Thinking, Power Automate Desktop, Outlook Automation, Statistics Foundations, Talent Sourcing, and Business Email Writing. These certifications were obtained in the year 2023.
