Venkatesh Krishnan

Venkatesh Krishnan has a diverse work experience. Venkatesh started their career as a Quality Analyst Intern at Element K is now Skillsoft in 2011, where they tested online training courses and participated in the content review process. Venkatesh then worked as a Senior Executive - Operations at Cognizant from January 2012 to December 2013, where they researched and reviewed HR operations requirements and coordinated with external training vendors. From June 2014 to May 2015, they were an Associate - Operations at Tata Consultancy Services, responsible for coordinating training programs, logistics, and communication with business leaders. Venkatesh then joined Broadleaf Results as a Talent Acquisition Research Consultant in March 2018 and later became the Talent Acquisition Client Operations Lead in November 2021. In these roles, they monitored personnel administration, synthesized talent market data, ensured data integrity, and provided guidance and training to peers.

Venkatesh Krishnan obtained an M.B.A degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Crescent School of Business, where they studied from 2009 to 2011. In addition to their degree, they also earned a certification as a SAP Certified Associate from SAP in June 2016.
