Tom Scarpati

CTO, Infrastructure at Broadridge

Tom is responsible for articulating and overseeing the strategic direction of the enterprise infrastructure organization, including data centers/hosting, networks and telecommunications, desktop/devices, and service delivery. He leverages his knowledge of key industry and technology trends as well as his experience to provide additional insights that will accelerate our progress on all fronts.

Prior to joining Broadridge, Tom most recently served as Managing Director, Head of Infrastructure, at Charles Schwab/TD Ameritrade where he had indirect leadership for a team of more than 1,400 associates, managed a $750 million dollar technology budget, and was responsible for building a trading infrastructure to support 38 million trades per day. There, he led a variety of successful initiatives to modernize, standardize, and automate technology solutions and platforms. Previously, Tom held similar roles with increasing responsibility at Goldman Sachs.
