Rhett Clare has a diverse work experience in the fields of program management and recruitment. Rhett started their career as a Recruiter at Medical Contracting Services, Inc. in 2004, where they successfully exceeded goals in full-desk recruiting for medical facilities. In 2005, they joined Experis IT as a Senior Recruiter, specializing in IT contingent and permanent talent acquisition for Fortune 500 companies. Rhett consistently ranked in the top 10% of recruiters nationwide and earned the title of "Top Producer" in the DFW market multiple times. In 2015, Rhett joined Verizon as a Senior Program Manager / Category Sourcing Manager. Rhett'srole involved managing Verizon's Contingent Labor Program, overseeing the process flow, and reducing the vendor base from 356 to 50. Rhett also played a key role in the launch of the Contingent Labor Program and integrated headcount from company mergers and acquisitions. In 2023, Rhett joined Broadstaff as a Senior Program Manager.
