Herb Pyles

Herb Pyles is the current Chief Operating Officer at Broadvoice. Prior to this, they were a Consulting Professional from January 2019 to January 2020, where they served as a Client Service Executive.

Herb began their career at West Corporation in November 1997, where they eventually became the Executive Vice President of Global Client Engagement. In this role, they were responsible for global customer service and services delivery across all global regions, managing over 2,000 employees.

Herb’s extensive experience in leadership and customer service has made him an invaluable asset to Broadvoice. Under their guidance, the company has continued to grow and prosper.

Herb Pyles received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Missouri. Herb then went on to earn their Master of Business Administration - MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University. Herb also holds a PMP Certification from Villanova University.

Their manager is Jim Murphy, CEO. They are on a team with Maggie Osztreicher - VP, Carrier Relations, Sam Ghahremanpour - President, and George Mitsopoulos - Chief Product Officer.
