Ela Janiszewska

Ela Janiszewska is an experienced urban designer currently working at Broadway Malyan since November 2021, focusing on residential and mixed-use masterplanning projects in the Middle East and Europe. Responsibilities include project deliverables, documentation, and collaboration with local municipalities, as well as conceptual design and stakeholder engagement. Janiszewska also serves as an Association Member at PLAN ZERO since June 2023 and previously worked as a Senior Assistant Urban Designer at the Municipal Planning Office in Łódź, where contributions included the development of local masterplans and urban strategies for sustainable cities. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Architecture and Urban Planning and a Bachelor's degree from Lodz University of Technology, along with further studies at Università di Pavia.
