Charles Gibson

Charles Gibson, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Charles is currently working at Broan as the Director of North American Demand Planning, Business Intelligence & SIOP Lead since September 2020. Prior to this, they worked at FM&C Consulting LLC as a Business Planning Consultant in 2019. From 2003 to 2019, they held the position of Director, Sales Planning at Robert Bosch Tool Corporation. Charles was also a Consultant/Founder at FM&C Consulting LLC from 2001 to 2003. In 1998, they served as the Vice President of Finance at Houghton Mifflin. From 1993 to 1998, they worked as the Director of Finance for the ScottForseman/Addison Wesley Division of Pearson Education. Finally, they started their career at Arthur Andersen & Co. in 1988 as a Sr. Business Consultant in the Financial Service audit division.

Charles Gibson holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, with a focus on Business/Commerce, General. Prior to their MBA, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from DePaul University, where they double-majored in Accounting and Finance. Additionally, in August 2019, Gibson obtained a Six Sigma: Black Belt certification from LinkedIn.
