Don Betters

Don Betters has had a successful career in finance and operations, holding various leadership roles in several companies. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Finance Exhaust Ventilation and North American Operations at Broan-NuTone, Don is a key strategic finance partner for the GM/VP of Exhaust Ventilation. With experience as a Chief Financial Officer and Director of Planning and Plant Optimization, Don has a strong background in overseeing financial operations and production scheduling. Don holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Michigan State University and has completed additional training in Lean Principles and the Toyota Kata Remote Training Program.
