Brian Heiss C.P.M.

Brian Heiss C.P.M. has a diversified work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Brian began their career at Nestles dba Borel Restaurants/Rusty Scupper Restaurants in 1983, where they served as the Culinary Manager, Dining Room Manager, and Bar Manager for six years. In 1989, they joined Brock & Company, Inc. as a Chef Manager and later went on to work as a Food Service Director, Corporate Training Manager, and Accounting Manager. Brian held the position of Director of Purchasing from 2000 to 2005 and eventually became the Vice President of Purchasing.

Brian Heiss C.P.M. holds an A.S. degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University. Brian also has a B.S. degree in Hotel, Restaurant & Travel Administration from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. In addition to these degrees, they have pursued studies in Accounting at Villanova University.
