Lev Kreymer has extensive work experience in the food service industry. Lev began their career at Compass Group as a Chef Manager and Catering Manager from 2005 to 2010. From 2010 to 2011, Lev worked at Sodexo as a Food Service Director. Lev then joined Brock & Company as a Chef Manager from 2011 to 2013. Lev continued their career at Compass Group North America as a Chef Manager from 2014 to 2019. During this time, they also worked as a Purchasing/Food Service Director at Gourmet Dining LLC from 2019 to 2022. Currently, Lev is employed at Brock & Company, Inc. as an Operations Manager.
From 2003 to 2005, Lev Kreymer attended the Academy of Culinary Arts, where they earned an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts.
