Matthew Vesci has a diverse work experience in the culinary industry. Matthew started their career in 2010 as a District Executive Chef Manager at Compass Group / Eurest, where they worked until 2020. From 2018 to 2020, they served as a District Executive Chef at Eurest/Compass Group. In 2020, they joined Arcadia at Limerick Pointe as a Culinary Director, and stayed in this role until September 2021. Currently, they are working as a Corporate Executive Chef at Brock & Company, Inc.

Matthew Vesci began their education in 1992 when they enrolled at The Culinary Institute of America. Matthew spent two years at the institute, from 1992 to 1994, and obtained an Associate of Science degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training. In March 2017, Matthew also obtained the Serv-Safe certification from the National Restaurant Association.
