Sarah Mercier MSCN, RDN, LDN

Sarah Mercier has a Master of Science degree in Clinical Nutrition (MSCN) and is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN). Their work experience includes being a Wellness Manager at Brock & Company, Inc. since November 2021. Prior to that, they were a Dietetic Intern at Immaculata University from August 2020 to August 2021. From October 2017 to June 2021, they worked as a Nutrition Educator at Eat Right Philly.

Sarah Mercier earned their Master's Degree in Clinical Nutrition from Immaculata University from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Culinary Nutrition/Clinical Dietetics from Johnson & Wales University from 2011 to 2015. In addition, they hold an Associate of Science (AS) in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University from 2011 to 2013. Sarah also has several certifications including being a Registered Dietitian, which they obtained from the Commission on Dietetic Registration in January 2022. Furthermore, they have obtained certifications in ServSafe Allergens from ServSafe in May 2022 and ServSafe Manager from ServSafe in August 2018.
