Rachel Oladele

Rachel Oladele is a seasoned property manager with extensive experience in student housing and residential life. Currently serving as Property Manager In Charge at Broder & Sachse Real Estate since May 2022, Rachel previously held positions as Property Manager at Pegasus Residential and Assistant Director for Residential Education at Radford University. Rachel's career began at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts as Assistant Director for High School Life and progressed through roles at the University of South Florida and Curry College. Rachel's background includes overseeing student programs, staff training, and operational management, complemented by a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from North Carolina State University and ongoing doctoral studies at the University of South Florida in Curriculum and Instruction.
