Melissa Munro is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client engagement and brand strategy. Currently serving as the Senior Client Engagement Manager at Brodies LLP since May 2021, Melissa leads the firm's client listening program and oversees its international business development strategy, in addition to managing the exclusive GC Club by Brodies for legal professionals. Prior to this role, Melissa held various positions at ICAS from 2005 to 2021, culminating in the role of Head of Brand Strategy and Planning, where responsibilities included developing and maintaining brand integrity across the organization. Melissa’s educational background includes an MSc in Marketing with Distinction and a BA (Hons) in Marketing Management with Entrepreneurship from Edinburgh Napier University, along with a CIM Marketing Diploma.
