Lou Drago

Lou Drago is an accomplished leader in the manufacturing sector with extensive experience in management and consulting. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Broil King since January 2019, Lou also holds the position of President at Lou Drago Consulting, providing expertise in Toyota manufacturing principles since December 2017. Prior to these roles, Lou Drago worked at Mitchell Plastics from May 2014 to December 2017 as General Manager and TPS Manager, and accumulated significant experience at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada from July 1996 to April 2014, where responsibilities included managing paint and plastics operations and serving as Manufacturing Assistant Manager.
