Phill Elston

Phill Elston has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Phill started their career in manufacturing engineering and continuous improvement at Alcoa Howmet Castings. Phill then transitioned to roles such as production supervisor, department manager, and manufacturing manager within the same company. After that, they worked as a value stream manager at Parker Hannifin, where they led assembly and test activities while focusing on safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.

Phill then became the operations manager at Triumph Group before taking on the role of head of operations at Zodiac Aerospace. Later, they served as the operations director at Beagle Technology Group and production director (interim) at Airbase Interiors Ltd.
