Heeyoung Kim

Heeyoung Kim is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in system administration and technical support across various organizations. Currently serving as a System Administrator at BRON Studios since January 2017, Heeyoung has previously held positions such as Desktop Support Technician and System Technician at Digital Domain, where support was provided to over 200 users. Earlier experience includes work as a System Administrator at BC Centre for Ability, offering troubleshooting and account management on Windows platforms, and serving as a Customer Service Support Engineer at Microsoft, focusing on Windows server products. Earlier roles include customer support at Hanbit Microsystem and a junior programming position at Funsome. Heeyoung holds a Certificate in Network Administration and Security Professional from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Dankook University.
