Charles Grimmett

Charles "Buddy" Grimmett is an accomplished retail operations executive with extensive experience in driving growth and profitability across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Store Operations at Brook Valley Management, Grimmett leads a team of 1,800 members and has a record of achieving top-line sales and historic profits. Previously, Grimmett held key roles at Savers, including Regional ADS Manager and Sr. Director of Sourcing and Loss Prevention, where significant contributions were made to operational efficiency and profitability through data-driven strategies. Additional experience includes entrepreneurship as the owner of Rapid Refill Ink, as well as business development and consulting roles at Core Consulting. Grimmett’s educational background includes studies at San Jose City College.
