Audrey Withers

Audrey Withers has over 20 years of work experience in human resources. Audrey began their career in 1997 as a Human Resource Field Representative at Kelly Financial Resources, where they worked until 2006. In 2006, they joined Emeritus as a Senior Director of Human Resources, responsible for HR compliance in the State of California and overseeing over 3,000 employees. At Emeritus, they provided expertise in employee relations, employee engagement, leadership training, and recruiting. In the same year, they also became the Senior Human Resources Director for the Western Division at Brookdale Senior Living / Emeritus Senior Living. In this role, Audrey identified and implemented HR strategic and tactical priorities while collaborating with business partners and senior leaders. Audrey led a team of HR professionals and oversaw over 10,000 employees. Audrey's work experience demonstrates their expertise in HR management and their ability to work effectively in large organizations.

Audrey Withers obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Business from California State University, Northridge.
