Elaine Jordan

Elaine Jordan has a significant amount of experience in the senior living industry. Elaine has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Brookdale since 2019, and Senior Vice President of Sales and Business Development at MorningStar Senior Living from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, Elaine worked at Brookdale from 2010 to 2018, where they served as Senior District Director of Sales and Regional Sales and Marketing Director. In these roles, they were responsible for supporting sales and marketing efforts, coaching and supervising sales teams, and successfully recruiting and training sales professionals. Before entering the senior living industry, Elaine worked at Sunrise Senior Living as an Area Sales Manager and Director of Community Relations. In these positions, they focused on sales and marketing support, relationship-building, and the development and implementation of sales strategies. Elaine also has experience outside of the senior living industry as a Regional Program Director at Jenny Craig, where they implemented sales programs and provided training and coaching to sales associates.

Elaine Jordan received a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition from Florida State University, where they studied from 1996 to 2001.
