Jason Sikorski has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Jason started their career as a Senior Auditor at PwC before moving on to become the Divisional Controller at Direct Supply, where they led the Accounting and Financial Services departments. During their time at Direct Supply, they implemented process improvements to streamline operations and improve efficiency. Following this role, Jason joined Brookdale as the Senior Director of Financial Analysis, where they led the Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis team and developed a five-year corporate financial model. Jason later advanced to the position of Vice President of Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis at Brookdale, where they oversaw a team and was responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing department structures. Throughout their career, Jason has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a focus on achieving financial objectives.

Jason Sikorski earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 1997. Jason later obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in General Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2005.
