Kenneth Chappell

Kenneth Chappell currently serves as a Maintenance Supervisor at Thrive Communities and has held the position of Maintenance Manager at Brookdale since May 2022. With extensive experience in facility systems maintenance, Kenneth has previously worked as a Maintenance Manager at Willamette View, overseeing routine and preventative maintenance on campus. Earlier roles include Maintenance Supervisor at Brookdale, Site Surveyor at Tesla, and Facilities Maintenance at The Village Inn Hotel and Conference Center. Kenneth's diverse background also includes photography with Vertov Photography and Lifetouch, as well as roles in concessions management and media assistance. Kenneth holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Film Media and French Language and Literature from the University of Rhode Island.
