Ronald Edwards

Ronald Edwards, MPA has extensive experience in human resources and employee relations. Ronald has held various leadership roles throughout their career, including Vice President of Human Resources at Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center, Executive Director of Human Resources at LaGuardia Community College, and Executive Director of Human Resources at Long Island University. Ronald has also worked as an Employee Relations Manager at the Hospital for Special Surgery and as a Senior Human Resources Director at Boys & Girls Harbor. Additionally, Ronald has a background in labor relations, having served as a Personnel Director and Director of Labor Relations at NYCHHC. Ronald is skilled in conducting investigations, resolving labor disputes, and ensuring legal and regulatory compliance. Ronald is experienced in strategic planning, policy development, and implementing best practices to align HR with organizational goals.

Ronald Edwards, MPA has completed a Certificate in Executive Leadership Program from Baruch College, a Certificate in Labor Relations-Collective Bargaining Studies from Cornell University ILR School, a Certificate in Labor Relations-Contract Administration Studies from Cornell University ILR School, a BA in Political Science from Hunter College, and a Master of Public Administration (MPA) with a focus on Public Administration from LIU Post.
