Sophia Byfield-Rich

Sophia Byfield-Rich has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Sophia currently holds the position of Director of Finance (Revenue) at One Brooklyn Health. Prior to this, they held the same role at Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center, where they also served as an Assistant Director. Sophia has also worked as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson at both Exit All Seasons Realty and Remax Metro Realty. In addition, they gained experience as a Senior Financial Analyst at Magellan Health. Sophia started their career in finance at Morgan Stanley as a Senior Manager, followed by a role as AVP - Manager of External Financial Reporting at Jefferies & Company. Sophia has also served as the Director of Membership (New York Chapter) at the National Association of Black Accountants. Their early experience includes working as a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers and as an Auditor at Mitchell & Titus, LLP.

Sophia Byfield-Rich holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from Baruch College.
