Laura Crowe is an experienced educator currently working as a Kindergarten Teacher at Brooke Charter Schools since July 2019 and as a 1st Grade Teacher at UP Education Network since August 2016. With a strong focus on supporting English Language Learners, Laura designs culturally relevant curriculum and fosters family relationships to enhance student support. Previous roles include Instructional Coach and Grade Level Lead at UP Education Network, where Laura facilitated professional development and team collaboration. Laura's career began with positions such as ESL Teacher and Corps Member with City Year, complemented by tutoring roles at Union College and The Charles River Center. Education includes a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Boston University and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Union College.
