Abigail Taylor

Abigail Taylor is an experienced educator and professional with a diverse background in teaching, counseling, and communication. Currently serving as a Kindergarten and 1st Grade Teacher at Lake Washington School District since August 2021, Abigail has previously worked as a Youth Counselor at YouthCare Seattle, where responsibilities included program management and creating supportive environments for vulnerable youth. As the Communications and Marketing Director at Women For One, Abigail oversaw multiple aspects of operations, project management, and digital strategy, while also serving as the Social Media Manager, where content planning and communication strategies were developed. Additional roles in educational settings include Vice President Operations for Pi Beta Phi Fraternity for Women, Classroom Assistant at Seattle Public Schools, and Undergraduate Research Assistant with University of Washington Intercollegiate Athletics. Abigail holds a Master's degree in Elementary Education from Northwest University and an undergraduate degree in Education, Communities, and Organizations from the University of Washington.
