Shantae Romain

Shantae Romain has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Shantae began their career as a Management Support Assistant at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston from 2004 to 2009. In 2009, they transitioned to a role as a Resident Advisor and Supervisor at American International College, where they worked until 2012. During the same year, Shantae joined The BELL Foundation as an Enrollment Services Coordinator. Shantae then moved to Tufts Health Plan in 2012, where they held various roles including Enrollment TEC Supervisor, Enrollment Specialist, Enrollment Analyst, and finally, as a Clinical RFP Consultant until 2019. Since 2019, Shantae has been working at Brooke Charter Schools, initially as an Operations Manager, then as an Assistant Director of Operations, and currently serves as the Director of Operations.

Shantae Romain completed their high school education at Excel High School at South Boston High from 2002 to 2006, where they focused on Information Technology. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, with a general focus, at American International College from 2008 to 2012.
