Tatiana Michel

Tatiana Michel is a Robotics Engineer at Honeybee Robotics, a Blue Origin Company, since August 2024, and concurrently holds the position of Brooke Owens Fellow and Summit Coordinator with the Brooke Owens Fellowship since January 2023. Prior experience includes roles as an Environmental Test Engineer at Boeing from July 2023 to May 2024, and a Sponsor Relation Lead at Illini Electric Motorsports from May 2023 to May 2024. Tatiana has also interned at Joby Aviation and Honeybee Robotics, focusing on airframe and actuators as well as mechanical engineering, respectively. Leadership roles include serving as External Vice President and Sponsorship Lead for SHPE, managing teams and partnerships with industry sponsors. Tatiana is a graduate of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where a degree in Aerospace Engineering is pursued, and is a Dale Carnegie-trained public speaker.
